Destination State Shipping restrictions
Certain states restrict entry of certain plants. Our Shop is configured to comply with USDA regulations. Based on your shipping address, the cart will show any plant that may not ship. Please remove those items from Cart during check-out. If you have questions, please write to us or contact us at 9452172823 prior to placing the order.
Shipping Policy
We ship across the mainland United States. Consignments are scheduled for transit at the beginning of the working week to optimize transit time.
Standard shipping takes up to 5 business days for delivery.
State of Texas shipping happens the same week or on the beginning of the next week, depending on the timing of the order. However, we are able to expedite our Texas shipments. Most of our Texas orders are delivered the very next day.
Out of State (Non-Texas) shipping requires minimum 2 weeks lead-time for paperwork and inspection requirements. Please contact us at 9452172823 if you have questions prior to placing the order. Generally, orders placed till Wednesday of the week gets processed for the following week’s shipment.
Shipping Costs per order covers for a base fee for the order and a per item amount. Base fee helps us recover packing, inspection costs and shipping. Hence, ordering many items in one order helps you with a minimum average shipping cost. Large plants may carry different shipping rates. For economic shipping, order smaller sized plants up to 1 gal size pots.
Local Pickup or Delivery
Store Pickup is free. Pickup information will be mailed to you as you place the order. Orders placed till 12 noon can be picked up the same day. Items ordered needs to be picked up within 2 working days, unless otherwise agreed. In rare situations where there is lack of communication from Customer and delays in pick up, we reserve the right to cancel the order after 2 days and levy a charge of $10 towards internet handling expenses of the order and refund the balance.
Local Delivery: Please select Shipping option. Depending on the distance, the item will be delivered in person or will be shipped. A nominal fee will be charged during check-out depending on the zip code for local delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items sold are not eligible for return or refund. All sales are final. Replacement of items are allowed only for shipping in exceptional circumstances when evidence of main stem damage is reported within 6 hours of delivery. Withering of leaves is common for standard shipments. Please follow care instructions for unpacking, re-potting and maintenance. To ensure quality of shipments, we keep record of packing as applicable for the shipment. Plants may be shipped in smaller pots to secure shipping and transit safety.
Due to packing of plants to facilitate shipment, it is common to see the leaves folded or withered or falling of leaves. Damage to branches is not eligible for replacement.
It is Customer responsibility to make sure the Ship to address is accurate. Since we ship live plants, accountability for accurate address is Customer’s. Sai Gardens of Plano will refuse refund or replacement of items if a Customer ordered live plants to be sent to bad address. If order is not shipped, we reserve our right to cancel order and levy a fee as per Order Cancellation Policy.
Order Cancellations
Sai Gardens of Plano reserves its right to cancel orders that has incorrect shipping information. We will attempt to contact the Customer to validate information to ship to the correct address. Refund will be processed, subject to Cancellation Fee, if applicable.
Cancellation of Order post placement: In an event an order has been placed, and needs to be cancelled, please contact us at 9452172823. We will refund you if the order has not shipped. Cancellation Fee will be assessed and levied, if applicable.
Cancellation Fee: We incur costs when order is processed online, including inspection costs. In remote circumstances, we may levy a small fee, the higher of $10 or 6% of the order value to cover for the payment processing and other costs incurred by us on such orders for collections and refunds.
